JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an intern to support the Regional HR Business Partner (SEAK – Southeast Asia & Korea) in driving key people initiatives across multiple markets.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to regional HR strategy, execution governance, and cross-country stakeholder management, while working closely with senior leaders and country HR teams.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Support execution of the regional Employee Survey action plan across countries

Support budget preparation for SEAK HQ functions

Partner with country HR teams to customize Asia onboarding framework for Singapore and SEAK markets

Manage and track action items from monthly country HR reviews

Develop presentations, trackers, and structured documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Post-Graduate Student currently studying in HR/ Business/ Management
- Able to commit for 6 Months or more in a full-time internship position

Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines

Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills (critical for success in this role)

Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
