We are looking for a commercially minded legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced multinational environment, enjoys partnering closely with business leaders, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape governance, compliance, and operational success in a complex manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities;

Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Act as the primary legal point of contact for all Thailand operations

• Ensure compliance with Thai corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations across all legal entities

• Lead board and shareholder governance processes, including the preparation of resolutions, meeting minutes, and maintenance of statutory registers

Commercial & Operational Legal Support

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including:

  • Vendor and supplier contracts

  • Manufacturing and production agreements

  • Service and consultancy agreements

  • Intra-group and intercompany arrangements

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to support manufacturing operations and business objectives

• Identify and mitigate legal, compliance, and operational risks while enabling business growth

Stakeholder Management
Key Stakeholders: Thailand Country Leadership Team, Plant Operations, Regional Legal Team, and Corporate Functions

• Partner closely with Thailand country leadership and plant management teams on strategic and operational matters

• Collaborate with regional legal colleagues to ensure alignment with broader business and legal objectives

Reports to: Asia Operations Legal Director

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), admission to the Thai Bar and/or Lawyer Council qualification is an advantage

• Experience 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally gained within multinational companies, leading law firms, or a combination of both

• Strong experience in Thai corporate governance, corporate secretarial matters, and commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation

• Prior exposure to the manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environment is highly preferred

• Sound knowledge of Board of Investment (BOI) regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience supporting or advising on medical device regulatory matters is essential

• Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice while balancing legal risk and commercial objectives

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior business leaders

• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges

• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in managing sensitive legal and compliance matters
