Your role

 

We are looking for a Sales Technician Instruments for Exports markets who will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across Export markets (Batics countries – Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bosnia and Georgia) by developing strong distributor partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-level technical support. In addition, the role is responsible for supporting the team of technicians in Adria region, coordinating technical activities using Service Management system and sharing the best practices across the region to maintain consistent service quality and operational excellence. The position combines commercial responsibility with technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction, successful product implementation, and long-term market expansion.


Main responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  2. Provide high-level technical support for instruments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently in Export markets
  3. Maintain advanced knowledge of the product portfolio, especially Edgers
  4. Coordinating and managing all Sales/Technical activities with distributors in Export countries
  5. Monitor Sales KPIs and ensure sales targets are met
  6. Supervise the installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance of optometry and measurements equipment and edging system. Implementation of Installation protocols for all product categories. Oversee and optimize all technical processes in Export markets.
  7. Build and maintain strong client/distributors relationships

 

 

Main requirements:

  • Technical Background ideally with equivalent experience in a relevant industry
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, complemented by strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, electronics, optometry, or related technical field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze technical issues across multiple product categories and provide effective solutions
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to the distributors, and technical operations in Export markets
