Your role
We are looking for a role of Operations Manager which will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. This role will involve strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and resource management to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to implement policies, improve operational systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing process of electronic components and products, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Ensure all electronic products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, RoHS, CE).
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve production issues and improve product reliability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting related to operations.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing operational issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and oversee special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Main requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving organizational growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Advanced knowledge of operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
