Job Title: Territory Sales Manager/ Senior Territory Sales Officer / Territory Sales Officer (Based on Suitability) | India
Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who possess expertise in B2B sales, distribution management and customer centricity, generating visibility and presence of EL across channels of trade.

Your Role
Reporting to the Senior Channel Manager - Eye Hospitals; you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and be part of global initiatives if needed.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets.
- Ensure that the Hospitals is serviced optimally in terms of no. of visits in a month.
- Visit Eye Hospitals doors with samples to book orders.
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets through Eye Hospitals at door level.
- Ensure visual merchandising at the store for brand placed.
- Facilitating training to store staff on brands and its stories.
- Enroll New prospective Eye Hospitals as direct customers of EssilorLuxottica.
- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Total 2-6 years of work experience with Hospital Business/ Pharma.
- The candidate must have strong market experience. Familiarity with key towns and local market dynamics is essential.
- Experience more than one product categories will be preferred.
- NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL: This role will work closely with Eye Hospitals, distributors, and cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and market initiatives.
EXTERNAL: This role will be managing multiple external stakeholders
- TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Post-graduation in Management.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Should have a good experience in sales post MBA.
- LANGUAGES:
- Proficient in English, Hindi and one or two regional languages.
