Job Title: Senior Sales Executive/ Territory Sales Manager (Based on Suitability) | India
Date: October 2025
Location: Trichy
We are looking for experienced sales professionals who possess expertise in B2B sales, business development and primarily in Key Accounts Management with customer centricity, generating visibility and presence of Essilor mainline products across channels of trade.

Your Role
Reporting to the Cluster Manager/ Business Head, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and be part of global initiatives if needed.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive channel business through Key Accounts management and ensure sustainable growth & strong business relationship/partnership with Key Accounts primarily with Essilor Experts ( exclusive Eye Care Professionals) of Wholesale Lens Business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target through designated Essilor Experts.
- Achieve the daily call route and follow the plan
- Build Business Partnerships among key stakeholders
- Identify sales opportunities and potential for growth
- Implement and monitor promotions and produce reports as required
- Ensure product availability per Company guideline
- Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets
- Ensure use of POP materials efficiently according to Essilor guidelines and standards
- Give inputs to company on competitor activity and presence on a regular basis through proper MIS (Management Information System)
- Develop Sales Plan: Value/ Volume: Lead & Manage the company’s objectives WRT value & volume business with Key Accounts of blue channel
- Aligning with all functions to ensure smooth implementation of ICP for Key Accounts
- Identify & sustain viable business with Key Accounts by developing customized commercial programs for short, medium & long term.
- Monitoring profitability of each account
- Collections: Tracking & ensuring receivables are within prescribed / agreed limits
- Review service level performance with Key Account and extend support/advice when required
- Maintain & Nurture a business rapport with all stakeholders in Key Accounts
- Support & implement trade marketing programmes for Essilor India
- Help Distributors to manage business profitably & monitor the progress
- Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the company
- Monitor and minimize the level of goods returns
- Ensure distributor’s efficient and effective support for the market coverage
- Review sales, calls and other performance reports
- Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligent: competitor’s activity, price changes and promotional support
- Development & Training of ECP’s and Distributor Sales Force
- Comply with company reporting forms and systems
- Comply with all company policy, instruction and directives
- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- A total of 5-8 years of work experience in General Trade and Key Accounts Management
- Distributor sales exposure
- Basics of Computer-Excel/PPTs/Google Docs-etc
- NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL: This role will be working closely with colleagues across the Sales teams, marketing, operations, customer service and finance-collections.
EXTERNAL: This role will be managing multiple external stakeholders
- TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
- Post-graduation in Management from a reputed business school is preferred.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background: Master’s Degree with competency in Sales – B2B, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Centricity
- LANGUAGES:
- Proficient in English and multilingual is preferred.
