Responsibilities

• 針對 EssilorLuxottica Group在台灣的事業單位的戰略為組織發展提供人力資源支持，定期進行組織盤點，在招聘、培訓、績效考核、薪酬、員工關係等方面為提供有效的解決方案並實施
• 在組織內與主管共同推動公司層面的變革，負責完善人力資源的製度、流程、體系；提升人力資源運作效率
• 傳承公司文化，發揚價值觀，建設溝通管道，讓各部門持續穩定成長跟運作
• 主動與各事業單位、部門主管及員工進行多種形式的接觸和有效溝通，確保相關資訊在不同層級間的有效傳遞

Requirements

• 5年以上 HRBP 經驗，或 5 年以上HR相關經驗
• 具有人才招募和員工關係的建立與推行經驗
• 擅长人力成本的预算，统计，分析，预测
• 具備優秀的 HR 專業素養，高 EQ，能承受較強的人與人情緒強度
• 優秀的溝通協調能力，具備良好的敬業精神和責任心，工作積極主動
• 對工作有使命感，有明確的自我實現熱情和團隊精神
• 追求挑戰及自我追求學習成長有強烈的渴望和動力
• 良好的英文读写和口语能力
