MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Manage daily activites in Customer service, Warehouse, Logistic and Purchase 2. Optimize procedure,organization and SOP 3. Provide safe and suitable environment for people, products and equipments 4. Monitor and report monthly indicators (QOH, Inventory level, Service, Call center) 5. Cooperate with other departments and customers for overall improvement 6. Enhance human resource management and provide training 7. Control department expenses within budget and keep overall cost effective and efficient 8. Implementation of 5S and EHS to be compliance 9. Follow instruction from direct report.

JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求
Experience 经验
At least 3 years in supervisory position essential
Previous experience in a similar role .
Knowledge 知识
With logisitc and supply chain background and training
Skills 技能
Flexibilty, autonomy, responsiveness
Sound interpersonal skills at all levels, with ability to handle conflict and grievances
English / Chinese fluency
Problem analysis and decision-making skills

University degree
