工作內容：

負責企業Application管理及相關專案管理。

一、Application管理：

1. 擔任資訊部門與業務部門之間的主要橋樑，以對接集團策略、識別關鍵的業務以進行流程改善，並開發有價值的技術解決方案。

2. 辨識技術的可行性，發展業務支援和協調方案，以確保現場業務的運作正常。

3. 開發和維護相關應用程式，以便快速因應市場調整。

4. 確保遵守所有規定合法合規。

二、專案管理：

1. 因應市場快速變化進行相關程式的優化與維運。

2. 確保IT專案的財務透明、明確的支援組織策略及達成營運需求。

職務條件：

1. 製造業 ERP、MDM 系統知識，製造業工作經驗及相關知識，

2.  3-5 年問題診斷與流程升級相關經驗，

3. 3 年以上專案管理、變革管理、業務轉型、數位化、創新等經驗，

4. 具備市場主流軟體語言的自主開發能力， 

5. PC、網路、印表機、網路、安全等基礎架構技能，

6. 良好的與客戶的溝通技巧，

7. 良好的英語能力

8.有醫療保健、生命科學或化學產業經驗者，優先面談。
