Your role

 

Forecast key financial metrics, ensure compliance with closing reporting requirements, and provide valuable insights for decision-making for two Nordic countries. Expect high collaboration on various cross-functional projects and process optimization.

 

Main responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage the planning and forecasting process for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow.
  • Ensure that monthly closing is conducted in accordance with the company's accounting standards and HQ requirements.
  • Provide professional support for any management decision-making that requires financial evaluation for the Lenses, Frame, Instruments, and Sports business in the Nordics.
  • Review and challenge existing processes and implement new robust control measures.
  • Act as a strong business partner with the local team to enhance key business processes, thereby improving financial accuracy and effectiveness.

Main requirements:

 

  • University degree in business administration (master’s degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in financial and business administration, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and accounting principle.
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office (advanced in Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to work in dynamic environments.
  • International experience is preferred.
  • Result-oriented, proactive team player and problem solver attitude with excellent analytical skills; an emphasis on accuracy, and the ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines with the highest quality.
