GENERAL FUNCTION
The HR Administrator focuses on compliant administrational / transactional tasks and processes in the HR Administration functional area. This role drives efficient and effective delivery of specific data, reports, and processes within an HR department (e.g. data administration) by solving mid-complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge, organizational knowledge and company systems.
The HR Administrator will also provide insights via efficient reporting by analyzing historical successes or opportunities and advising on future work. The role will use data to innovate new creative ideas that are followed through to the point of execution.
This role is both execution and analytics oriented.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages data related requests, processes, and reviews documentation regarding but not limited to: transfers, offboarding, change requests, job/work changes, leave of absence, terminations
- Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to HR Administration-related queries from department HR Leaders and HRBPs
- Responsible for staying current on HR Administration matters and communicate pertaining changes to Sr. Manager, HR Projects and other HR Leaders
- Utilizes HR Systems to track & maintain a database of relevant metrics that support the development of strategies identified by data.
- Promotes efficient and effective delivery of specific data and processes (e.g. regular and ad hoc reporting) by solving mid-complex inquiries that require specific HR, systems, and organizational knowledge and / or higher degree of policy interpretation
- Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting, templates and dashboards to enhance reporting efficiency and presentation.
- Collaborate to define and maintain KPI’s and metrics for the department.
- Responsible for the maintenance of department’s organizational charts.
- Leverages technology and tools to assist in the development of department KPIs
- Partners with COEs outside of the department in inter-departmental projects and initiatives to execute business strategies.
- Create presentations to showcase quantitative results of the department to internal partners.
- Lead small project teams, and volunteer for stretch assignments to expand working knowledge within, and outside of sourcing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ of HR Administration required, preferably in a high volume environment (i.e., shared services)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience, especially highly proficient in Excel (focus on VLookup, Pivot Tables)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise manner
- Service oriented
- Curiosity and takes initiative
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong project management and process improvement skills desired
- Ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision at times
- Advanced HR and technical skills to understand and recommend HR process improvements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results with a high focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with data analysis in a large, multi-unit organization strongly preferred
- Experience working with Successfactors, ADP, Kronos
Pay Range: 63,884.33 - 97,082.33
