Sport Support Specialist – EssilorLuxottica

Are you passionate about sports, logistics, and delivering top-tier customer service? EssilorLuxottica is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sport Support Specialist to join our growing team!

 

About the Role

As a Sport Support Specialist, you will be the key link between our clients, logistics, and commercial teams. You’ll manage the full order lifecycle, ensure timely deliveries, and provide outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to assigned sport accounts

• Assist Sales Representatives with order management and customer queries

• Oversee the order process from entry to final delivery

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer data

• Attend client meetings and events, both locally and internationally

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., discounts, credits, missing items)

• Support EDI setup and flows with clients

• Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives

 

Who You Are

• Experienced in customer service and support roles

• A proactive team player with strong organizational skills

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

• Proficient in Excel, with basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to learn

• Bonus if you have experience with SAP and familiarity with EDI systems

• Credit Control, Logistics, and Planning departments

• Clients and transport carriers

Om Rollen

Som Sport Support Specialist kommer du att vara den centrala länken mellan våra kunder, logistik och kommersiella team. Du kommer att hantera hela orderprocessen, säkerställa leveranser i tid och ge utmärkt support till både interna och externa intressenter.

 

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

• Ge dagligt stöd till tilldelade sportkonton

• Assistera säljrepresentanter med orderhantering och kundförfrågningar

• Övervaka orderprocessen från inmatning till slutleverans

• Samordna med interna avdelningar och externa partners för att säkerställa smidig logistik

• Förbereda rapporter och underhålla korrekta kunddata

• Delta i kundmöten och evenemang, både lokalt och internationellt

• Identifiera och lösa orderavvikelser (t.ex. rabatter, krediter, saknade varor)

• Stötta EDI-uppsättning och flöden med kunder

• Bidra till avdelningsprojekt och kontinuerliga förbättringsinitiativ

 

Vem du är

• Erfaren inom kundservice och supportroller

• En proaktiv lagspelare med stark organisatorisk förmåga

• Flytande i både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift

• Bekant med Excel och har grundläggande kunskaper i Word och PowerPoint

• Anpassningsbar, lösningsorienterad och villig att lära

• Bonus: Erfarenhet av SAP och kännedom om EDI-system
