About the Role:
We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team within Nordic Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating back-office functions related to frame management and Opsysweb for the Nordic countries. You will work closely with the Nordic Operation Coordinator to develop and maintain these functions and ensure service to our stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating back-office functions related to frame management for the Nordic countries.
- Developing and maintaining operations together with the Nordic Operation Coordinator.
- Ensuring service to stakeholders such as customer chains, key accounts, and buying groups.
- Collaborating with production units, operations teams, and the customer interaction center.
- Coordinating back-office functions related to Opsysweb for the Nordic countries.
- Supporting daily back-office activities.
Qualifications:
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence.
- Good knowledge within Excel and ability to learn new tasks.
- Stress tolerance and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Scandinavian languages, Finnish is a plus.
