We are looking for a bright, energetic and customer-oriented Administration Specialist to join our Bulgarian entity in Sofia.

Administrative Specialist is responsible for the following tasks:
• Coordinate with technicians to open and register new orders.
• Participate in discussions for final proposals and offers to customers.
• Prepare agreements for major machine/system deals.
• Conduct yearly inventory.
• Record goods transactions in the Instruments warehouse.
• Review technician service visit protocols and issue invoices.
• Manage invoicing for spare parts and consumables.
• Issue invoices for consumables, spare parts, and based on agreements.
• Handle CIC phone orders.
• Prepare goods, parcels, and delivery notes for shipment.
Qualifications
• knowledge of English
• computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and Outlook);
• good organizational and communication skills;
• a friendly, impartial and flexible approach to work-related tasks;
• Customer Care-oriented
• working experience on the same or similar position (a preferable requirement)
