Your role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in managing all finance and accounting functions to achieve business and financial objectives. 

Your role combines aspect from financial accounting & analysis, managerial reporting, planning and budgeting as well as strengthening internal controls. This is a important role that has ownership over preparing, presenting and explaining all financial information for related business vertical, as well as partnering with key stakeholders across the business. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to management team and corporate to support strategic decision-making process;
• Analyzing and reviewing financial statements, including profit-an-loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. 
• Performing financial analysis to support business decisions. 
• In conjunction with Global Business Support, ensure timely month-end closing and reporting.
• Preparing year-end budget and quarterly forecast. 
• Performing ad hoc reporting, risk analysis and investigative issues. 
• Providing support in all audit and tax related matters. 
• Assisting with the prepration of regulatory reports in compliance with regulations and instruments. 

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
• At least 5years of experience within a multinational environment preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, trading or retail sector with strong technical background. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
• Hand on approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
• Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize initiatives in a fluid and dynamic sometimes ambiguous environment
• Good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders
• Strong Microsof Excel and computer skills with experience on ERP (SAP and Hyperion a plus)
