Your role
As a part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with strong sales acumen to oversee and support our distributor network across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in marketing strategy, retail and wholesale, business development, visual merchandising and digital marketing, with experience managing online brand presence and social media platforms. Knowledge of graphic design software is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and strengthen market penetration through distributor channels.
- Collaborate with local distributors to implement joint sales, marketing and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing return on investment.
- Plan and manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, email marketing, paid media campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities implemented by distributors and provide data-driven feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Guide distributors in visual merchandising and local marketing execution ensuring high standards across all retail touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create visually compelling marketing materials – both digital and print – that align with brand identity.
- Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, etc), developing engaging content to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and digital analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize online campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and new channels for brand promotion.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable impact and align with business objectives.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and distributor meetings as required to build relationships and gain market insights.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing – preferably in the eyewear, fashion accessories, or beauty industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale dynamics, distributor management, and brand development.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and basic SEO principles).
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and the ability to advise distributors on effective brand presentation.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with distributors, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoship, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally for distributor meetings, events, and market visits.
