As a Optical Customer Service Consultant in our Silverwater location you will learn about the optical industry, optics (such as different eye conditions) and optical dispensing. You will be trained to become one of our Customer Service Representatives who are the primary contact point for customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls & emails, and are relied on by our customer for technical advice and product recommendations on different lens solutions.

Your responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
- Assist customers with product recommendations and lens solution advice
- Develop knowledge of the optical industry, including eye conditions and optical dispensing
- Support customers with technical enquiries while building strong ongoing relationships
About you
- Genuine interest in the optical industry and eagerness to build a long-term career
- 2+ years’ customer service experience, ideally in a call centre, healthcare, or retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently assist customers via phone and email
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, proactive, and confident using computer systems and ordering platforms
