Objective:
To develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, clients engagement, and sales growth across all key channels. This role bridges brand marketing and sales teams, and work closely with Sales development team to optimize in-store execution, promotions, and campaigns implantation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Category Strategy & Prioritization Frame
- Collaborate with the global trade marketing team to develop regional product and trade marketing strategies.
- Channel Strategy Development
- Establish short-term and long-term channel frameworks and business models aligned with overall business objectives.
- Focus on house brand-Rayban, Oakely and license brands.
- In-Store Visibility
- Design and implement in-store merchandising guidelines
- Partner with the sales team to enhance category/brand visibility and optimize in-store consumer experiences
- Brand Campaign Localization
- Collaborate with global/APAC teams to localize campaigns and ensure consistency
- Work closely with brand marketing to adapt global campaigns to local markets, ensure the investment and ROI
- Budget & Performance Management
- By brand: Lead annual trade marketing plans, including budgeting, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
- By project: Set clear KPIs, and drive initiatives to enhance business effectiveness and ROI
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 - 8 years working experience, past experience in Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing is highly preferred
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Nielsen/IRI data, ROI modeling).
- Expertise in trade marketing planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in English
