  • System Management and Optimization:
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business systems to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business unit controllers to identify system improvements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business needs by proposing improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization across the organization.
  • Manage system upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximizing system performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business unit controllers, regional teams, and headquarters to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and process alignment.
  • Provide system training and support to the finance team and other departments to maximize system utilization.
  • Closing Process Management:
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather and validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain closing checklists, procedures, and timelines to streamline the process, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial reporting and analysis, and forecasting, highlighting key performance indicators, financial health, and potential risks. Identify opportunities for system and reporting efficiency and synergy
  • Collaborate with finance teams and business unit controllers to continuously improve and develop systems to support and drive business transparency, support business models and growth.
