Your role We are looking for a [Senior New Business Innovation Manager] who will lead the growth of EL smart eyewear category in GC by overall strategy/model design and implementation. Key objective is to identify opportunities and shape effective business model to meet and exceed sales goals set by the commercial management leadership team.

 

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers & partner. Develop new business and expand customers base (prioritize, extract sales potential).

- Drive the launch of new products and projects in the customer group. Continuously assess market trends and consumer dynamics of smart eyewear category.

- Proactively identify new growth opportunities by creative thinking to seed for future break through ideation. As the project lead, play actively in cross-function teamwork with R&D, operation, marketing and relevant supporting functions(Finacnce, IP, and etc.).

- Supply efficient and effective data analysis incl. weekly & monthly & quarterly report on target tracking,market information, project updates and success stories on a regular basis, and make recommendation/action plan.

 

Main requirements:

- Well rounded knowledge in optical industry, ideally cover lens, frame, material and engineering. New business development and key account management experience is preferred.

- Strong problem solving skill, resilience personality, open and collaborative working style.

- Demonstrates foundational knowledge of smart eyewear market dynamics with visionary commitment to driving industry transformation. Good communication/presentation skill, written and verbal English mandatory.
