Key Responsibilities Strategy planning: 

- Design and implement channel strategies, including sales system alignment, value chain optimization, and product roadmap integration across BUs

- Develop channel / KA management frameworks to maximized category penetration and partner ROI. Execution & Governance: • Drive cross-functional teams to operate channel plans and ensure compliance with joint business plans. • Monitor Channel / KA performance, resolve conflicts 

- Lead the development of channel system and data normalization at corporate level to drive cross BU synergies via cross function & commercial leaders’ alignment. Channel Policy, SOP Process development & optimization

- Distributor operation steering: Support on building sustainable relationships with distributors, steering on BU’s new distributor recruitment process.

- Develop Channel principles and pricing strategies. Collaborate with BU and finance team to drive channel product roadmap management, inventory management, rebate policy & SOP process optimization. Provide regular training for company’s principle & policy and drive implementation. Market & Data insights:

- Conduct channel landscape studies, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation to refine strategies.

- Leverage analytics tools to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities. Routine Task: Channel analysis, provide data-driven insights • Unlock the channel/KA and category potential through Integrated Sales Solution Explore business Development opportunity • Develop total solution for cross Bus synergy • White space development

 

Requirement:

- 8-10+ years’ Industry expertise in FMCG, Healthcare or similar sectors with complex channel ecosystems 

- Proven track record in strategic planning and hands-on execution (e.g distributor networks, Key accounts governance including negotiation and JBP) 

- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration to align GTM/channel strategies

- Market analytics: Experience conducting external market analysis (e.g channel landscape, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation).

- People/team management experience is a plus
