Job Description:

Support Demand planning focus on Great China market 需求供应计划 • Monthly update actual and update rolling forecast working with commercial team. 提供实际销售数据分析， 和商务团队一起更新滚动销售预测数据 • Analysis and review with related sales/Marketing/KA the sales trend, validate forecast before sending to Upstream. 基于对历史数据的分析和未来趋势的判断，和销售/市场部门确认合理的销售趋势，最终将确认的需 求发给供应端 • S&OP preparation 季度/年度销售供应计划的准备和核查 • RX BCP support and analysis 车房供应后备计划支持和分析 • Support and follow-up New product request 支持新产品需求 GC Sub Supply chain maturation 支持大中华区内供应链成熟度提升 • Support the projects of SC roadmap implement. 支持供应链发展路线图项目实施 Regular report 定期报告 • Monthly commercial forecast 月度预测 • Monthly forecast accuracy 月度预测准确率 • Weekly order vs fcst 周订单与预测 • Monthly replenishment forecast 月度采购预测 • Quarterly/Yearly S&OP 季度/年度销售供应运用计划 • Standard operation process 标准工作手册 • Others report 其他报告

Requirements:

1. Experience with commercial planning or demand planning, advanced forecasting tool/ methodology 具有商务计划或需求计划经验并使用过 预测系统或工具

2. Excellent communication skills and comprehensive business knowledge 出 色的沟通技巧和全面的业务知识
