岗位职责：

1.      达到由公司/区域设定的销售和客户管理目标；

2.      进一步发展客户关系；

3.      完成客户档案的管理和绩效的追踪记录，增加公司产品的市场占有份额；

4.      据公司的增长情况执行销售计划；

5.      电话销售的执行；

6.      上级主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

分析能力：能够根据已成型的推广计划，利用现有推广渠道和手段，有效地执行该计划。

沟通技巧：能够用口头或者书面形式向他人分享观点、想法，解释事情、事实。

演讲技巧：能够为某一话题设计并准备工具、材料和视觉辅助工具、并在观众面前进行阐述、转达相关信息。

谈判技巧：谈判中，能够清晰理解公司政策和指导原则；当目标及界限已清晰划定时，能够参与谈判，解决问题。

计划：进行调研；搜集所需的背景知识；在指导下，准备并起草商业计划书；根据既定时间表，跟进并实时更新已批准的商业计划的执行情况。

战略思考：将战略目标分解为具体行动规划的能力；总结行动过程中的成败经验，能在主管的帮助下不断调整与优化行动策略。

培训能力：能够制定培训计划，并能通过培训把知识传递给学员。

产品知识：通过产品特点和视光知识，能够为顾客选合适的产品；了解视光产品国际标准；了解竞争对手产品特点及优劣势。

系统管理：熟悉系统的每个模块及他们的运用，能够根据主管的指导和系统说明在渠道内普及DMS系统。

出差要求 : 50%
