- Gatekeeper of Retail Operations: Own and manage the flow of all operational standards (SOP), ensuring clarity, consistency, and execution across all stores.
- Strategic Process Management: Design, implement, and refine operational processes to support business growth and projects to enhance customer experience.
- Cross-Departmental Leadership: Act as the key liaison between retail stores and central functions (e.g., merchandising, logistics, finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor store performance metrics, identify gaps, and lead initiatives to improve operational KPIs.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, with a key focus on operational digitalization
- Efficiency Improvement: identify the opportunity and implement improvement on Efficiencies, e.g. People Efficiency, Promotion Efficiency, Expense Efficiency. Cooperation with Asset Protection to minimize unnecessary manpower, abuse of discount and other costs.
- Coaching and Culturing: develop effective coaching project, educate the various SOP to sales staff and cross functions. Develop coaching and testing mechanisms to grow potential talent staff to a Store Manager.
