  1. Major Duties and Responsibility

 

  • Gatekeeper of Retail Operations: Own and manage the flow of all operational standards (SOP), ensuring clarity, consistency, and execution across all stores.
  • Strategic Process Management: Design, implement, and refine operational processes to support business growth and projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Cross-Departmental Leadership: Act as the key liaison between retail stores and central functions (e.g., merchandising, logistics, finance, HR, IT) to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor store performance metrics, identify gaps, and lead initiatives to improve operational KPIs.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, with a key focus on operational digitalization
  • Efficiency Improvement: identify the opportunity and implement improvement on Efficiencies, e.g. People Efficiency, Promotion Efficiency, Expense Efficiency. Cooperation with Asset Protection to minimize unnecessary manpower, abuse of discount and other costs.
  • Coaching and Culturing: develop effective coaching project, educate the various SOP to sales staff and cross functions. Develop coaching and testing mechanisms to grow potential talent staff to a Store Manager.
  1. Requirements:

 

  1. Result-driven, self-driven. Strong sense in identifying problem solutions.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above from a top Chinese university (e.g., Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan, etc.).
  3. 5+ years of experience in retail (better operations retail)
  4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  5. Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  6. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  7. A bit of coding and AI competencies.
