Mission/ Position Summary – Purpose and Objectives of the Role

This position plays a crucial role in the development and innovation of professional education strategies for EBN in the Leonardo China team. The main responsibility is to research compli-pair and total solution based on EBN strategy and portfolio, to ensure the planning and execution of professional strategic cooperation projects for private hospitals, ensure the planning and execution of EBN's national brand activities, establish a high professional image and influence for EBN within the group and the entire optometry industry, and convey professional and product information.

该职位对Leonardo中国团队面向EBN的专业教育战略发展及创新起到关键作用，主要职责是面向镜框融合和基于多品类的整体解决方案专业研究，确保全国重点客户的专业战略合作项目的策划和执行，确保EBN全国性品牌活动策划和执行，实现EBN在集团内以及整个眼视光行业建立极高的专业形象和影响力，传递专业和产品信息。

Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities

In close cooperation with the professional education director of Leonardo-EBN, the functional departments of EBN, the professional education department of EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for the planning and implementation of national brand professional contest.

与Leonardo-EBN专业教育总监、EBN各职能部门，依视路陆逊梯卡集团专业教育部密切合作，主导全国性大型品牌专业竞赛项目的策划和执行工作。

In close cooperation with the professional education director of Leonardo-EBN, the functional departments of EBN, the professional education department and the medical department of EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for the planning and implementation of the professional project cooperation in the EBN private hospital channel, including the professional exemplary center building, joint education training class, AOMA training class, master competition, non-registered clinical research, medical information editing and transmission, medical slide preparation and other core work

与Leonardo-EBN专业教育总监、EBN各职能部门，依视路陆逊梯卡集团专业教育部和医学部密切合作，负责EBN私立医院渠道的专业项目合作策划和执行，包括专业展示中心建设、联合教育培训班、AOMA培训班、大师赛、非注册临床研究、医学信息编辑传递、医学幻灯编写等核心工作

Qualifications

经验

Experience

Above 5 years’ working experience, related experience in ophthalmology or optometry is preferred.

5年以上工作经验，有眼科或视光行业工作经验者优先。

Priority will be given to those with a background in optometry education.

具备眼视光专业教育背景者优先。

Priority will be given to those with experience in hosting large-scale professional projects.

具备大型专业项目主办经验者优先。

Better to have good cooperation experience with key private hospitals

Education / Qualification / Certification

At least bachelor degree of optometry or ophthalmology.

眼视光学或眼科学相关专业本科学历以上

If with optometry industry experience over 8 years, Junior College education is also acceptable.

如从业经验＞8年，可放宽至专科学历。

Basic ability in written and reading skill in both English and Mandarin
