为内部团队（如研发、生产等）提供视光学镜片的技术支持，协作解决关于镜片计算、生产工艺、质量控制等方面的问题。

业务/职能的范围——主要专业领域/岗位职责

Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities

参与镜片的光学设计与优化工作，依据客户需求和市场趋势进行产品功能设计，确保镜片的性能、质量和舒适度符合行业标准。
与生产团队紧密合作，优化镜片的生产工艺流程，提升生产效率，降低生产成本，同时保证产品质量的一致性和稳定性。
与集团相关团队合作，推进新产品项目进行。
负责镜片样品的性能测试，确保产品符合光学标准及客户要求，参与制定测试方案并协助技术验证。
编写产品技术文档、操作手册、测试报告等，及提供产品使用指导与技术支持。

Experience

本科及以上学历，光学工程、材料科学、机械工程、电子工程、视光学等相关专业。
人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力、抗压性强，团队合作精神

行业经验

Industries Experience

光学镜片、光学元件设计或生产相关工作经验，有视光学产品技术支持或生产技术管理经验者优先。

教育/资格认证

Education / Qualification / Certification

大学本科及以上
英语4级
