Product Supervisor - EBD - Shanghai

Your Role
We are looking for a Product supervisor to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our eyewear offerings. You will be instrumental in optimizing our product assortment, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to directly impact key metrics: Revenue, Average Order Value (AOV), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Gross Margin. This role demands a unique blend of commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to succeed in a fast-paced global environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Product & Portfolio Management
- Own the product P&L for frames and lenses, developing and executing a comprehensive assortment strategy that aligns with global business objectives and local market trends.
- Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from ideation to launch, coordinating with global teams to ensure market-ready execution and portfolio synergy.
- Architect and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize profitability, market competitiveness, and brand value.
- Commercial Performance & Optimization
- Champion initiatives to boost Average Order Value (AOV) through strategic bundling, up-selling, and cross-selling programs.
- Partner with the UX/Creative teams to identify and prioritize website experience enhancements that remove friction and significantly improve Conversion Rate (CVR).
- Monitor financial performance meticulously; proactively adjust pricing and promotional tactics to protect and grow product margins across all categories.
- Data-Driven Insights & Stakeholder Leadership
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable business recommendations; leverage deep-dive analysis to guide assortment, marketing, and investment decisions.
- Serve as the key linchpin between the Shanghai team and global teams, ensuring flawless communication, strategic alignment, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Integrated Go-to-Market Planning
- Develop and own the master product marketing calendar, synchronizing frame and lens campaigns with seasonal peaks, brand initiatives, and sales goals.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution with CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Align with Group Merchandising to plan and execute promotional activities, guaranteeing 100% compliance with global MAP policies and brand guidelines.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, merchandising, or a similar strategic role within a top-tier e-commerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) company.
- Expert-level analytical skills; mastery of Excel is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Superb communication and influence skills; fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to effectively manage global stakeholders.
- A proven track record of collaborating with and leading initiatives across UX, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams in a complex, international matrix structure.
