岗位职责:
- 确保所属销售区域的运营的有效及成功,实现区域内销售额、销售量及经费控制的目标
- 直营客户及经销商的管理及发展
- 确保区域内的政策和运营和上海总部的要求一致
- 负责所属区域的日常事务,确保区域发展方向及目标与上海总部保持一致
- 完成销售目标,包括销售量、销售额、回款、费用控制以及新客户的开拓
- 渠道管理与发展
- 负责区域内员工培训和开发,特别是销售人员的培训,并保证符合总部方针
- 负责制定区域内的促销计划
- 向总部提交年度预算计划
任职要求:
- 8年以上销售工作经验,3年以上销售管理经验
- 快消行业或眼视光学行业经验
- 能够通过制定目标来管理渠道
- 能够通过流程来监管、规范渠道运营操作
- 能够根据已成型的推广计划,利用现有推广渠道和手段,有效地执行该计划
- 计划及落地能力
- 谈判能力
- 本科及以上学历,视光、市场营销等专业毕业
