Job Definition

Lead all activities to enhance brand visibility at points of sale for a licensed brand.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Promotion / BTL Management

  • Lead and execute effective trade promotions across relevant channels.

  • Plan and implement BTL events to continuously engage with target customers.

  • Track and analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement to maximize ROI.

Channel Insight Management

  • Monitor evolving market environment, consumer behavior, and sales trends.

  • Lead data analysis, regularly track performance, and deliver business insights on customers, shoppers, and categories.

  • Conduct regular field visits and monitor competitor activities.

  • Forecast risks and opportunities and provide appropriate solutions when necessary.

Excellence in Execution

  • Ensure all activities and communications are fully aligned with the brand strategy.

  • Manage resources efficiently and invest them in the right places at the right time.

  • Oversee POS materials from planning through execution to review.

Others

  • Support the brand ambassador program and collaborate with key influencers to strengthen brand building.

  • Assist with social media initiatives to enhance owned media channels.

  • Manage brand budget and cash flow.

  • Work closely with the Sales team to maximize synergy between functions.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing or Marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Educational background in Business or Marketing is preferred.
