Key Responsibilities
- Brand development strategy: Manage the yearly strategies with action plans to achieve commercial KPIs according to brand category and performance metrics (growth rate, SOW, ROI).
- Brand awareness strategy: Build and expand consistent branding plans and manage the plan to control counterfeit.
- Trade Marketing plan: Plan and manage the execution of trade marketing following brand development strategy and commercial targets, including: in-store display/toolkits execution, trade events, trade promotion/front-line incentives.
- Budget management: Plan and manage yearly budget and campaign-level budgets to maximize investment and ROI.
- Coordination & communication: Align internally across departments to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution. Communicate with regional teams for budget/campaign approvals and alignment.
- Public Relations: Oversee the local PR agency to ensure PR calendars and strategies are executed and KPIs are met for all managed brands.
- Social Media: Plan yearly budgets and objectives, manage campaign performance (Conversion, Traffic, CPA), and collaborate with the media team.
- Analysis & Report: Produce quarterly and campaign-level reports per corporate requirements.
- Market Insights: Gather competitive intelligence including promotional trends, competitor activities, emerging consumer trends, and distribution changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in wholesale or travel retail business in a multinational company
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean market
- Strong skills in leadership, analysis, planning, and organization
Preferred Experience
- Industry background in Fashion, FMCG, Sports, or Travel Retail
- Experience working with athletes, influencers, or celebrities
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean market
