This role is an individual contributor position within the finance team.

The focus is on driving accounting topics that require judgment, clear standards and coordination.

No people management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities 

• Interpret and apply Local GAAP / IFRS
• Manage accounting policies, posting rules and governance standards
• Review accrual and provision logic and ensure consistent application
• Review and manage balance sheet accounts and reconciliations
• Act as a key point of contact for accounting topics with GBS

• Validate Inventory (periodic method) and fixed asset accounting
• Coordinate and manage external audit processes and audit-related issues
• Review corporate income tax and VAT matters

• Support FP&A with accounting-based explanations for OPEX and P&L movement

Requirements​

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• External audit experience
• Experience in multinational companies
• Experience working with GBS / shared services model is a plus
• Strong communication skills to explain accounting logic and risks clearly
• Working-level English preferred
