Sales Planning
 

Responsible for demand planning, order fulfillment, and inventory management across Duty-Free and Department Store channels. This role involves forecasting demand, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring product availability to meet sales targets and business needs.

Key responsibilities: 

Demand Planning and Forecasting:

• Review and enhance demand management planning forecast to ensure accuracy and alignment with sales targets.
• Analyze sell-out data and generate sell-in proposals by point-of-sale to optimize inventory levels and meet demand.
• Analyze new product introductions and determine assortments for sell-in based on market demand and trends.

Collaborative Planning and Supply Chain Optimization:

• Lead collaborative planning across teams to ensure alignment and optimal inventory management.
• Track and analyze fulfillment rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Review product lifecycle data and request production extensions for products scheduled for discontinuation to meet ongoing demand.

Inventory and Order Management:

• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on available stock in distribution centers.
• Input Make-to-Order (MTO) orders into SAP and oversee the delivery process to distribution centers to ensure sufficient availability to meet demand.
• Monitor Make-to-Order (MTO) stock levels in distribution centers and ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet demand.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in consumer goods sales management or a related field
• Interest and knowledge in frame trends
• Ability to analyze and forecast data
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in business English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field
• Experience and understanding of Duty-Free and Department store channels
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
