Since 2022, the Medical and Professional Affairs department has expanded to engage Eye Care Professionals, Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Orthoptists, and dispensing eyecare professionals by communicating scientific and evidence-based information from research and publications, participating in congresses, scientific meetings, as well as actively collaborating with external experts and partnering with key professional organisations. 

Experiences:

• Experience in implementation of QMS based on ISO 13485 / GDPMD or similar quality management systems.
• 5-10 years’ experiences in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Experience preferably in a medical device and/or consumer electronic product company.

Responsibilities:

• The position shall take Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs responsibilities of EssilorLuxottica Korea operation/business units.
• Implementation of Quality and Regulatory management System.
• Regulatory Submissions and Approvals (Product Registrations, Preparation of Technical files, experiences will be preferred for import of class-2 Medical Devices e.g. Instruments, Nuance … )
• Local Labelling Compliance and Risk Management
• The position shall also act as the main point of contact for regional and global QARA communication and coordination.
