The HR team is responsible for all human resources operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR system management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and have the opportunity to grow as an HR professional. Upon completing the 6-month internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance evaluation.
- Recruitment: Job posting, interview scheduling, onboarding support for new hires
- Payroll: Assisting in the preparation of payroll data
- Culture: Supporting company welfare programs and internal events
- Other general HR support tasks

Qualifications
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to pursue a career in human resources
- Interest in data-driven thinking and process improvement
- Proficient in MS Office, especially intermediate-level Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in gaining HR experience in a global environment
- English communication skills
