Responsibilities:
1. Compensation & Benefits / Workforce Planning
• Manage the PMP cycle and support annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Administer compensation programs including salary, promotion, and incentive schemes.
• Prepare analysis and indicators for wage negotiations, including economic trends, market benchmarks, and cost simulations by scenario.
• Perform annual and quarterly budget and forecast calculations, including variance analysis.
• Prepare headcount and manpower cost reports and support cost control and workforce planning.
2. C&B Operations
• Manage payroll operations, including tax reporting and statutory compliance.
• Administer time, attendance, and leave programs:
- Maintain working knowledge of local time/absence policies.
- Communicate with managers to ensure the accuracy of employee time/absence entries.
- Manage, process, and reconcile mass upload files for all pay frequencies.
• Manage benefits and insurance programs, including renewal, administration, and employee communication.
•Administer the employee stock compensation program.
•Ensure regulatory compliance across countries, customers, and relevant regulations.
3. HR Data Management & HRIS Operations
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and related databases.
• Regularly update and manage C&B master data.Serve as the primary liaison with the HRIS team for system troubleshooting, enhancements, and daily operations.
• Analyze HR data to generate reports and support decision-making.
• Handle mass data uploads and data integrity checks.
4.Audit & Internal Controls
• Support internal and external audits, including:
- Preparing required documentation
- Sample testing and inquiry responses
- Implementing corrective or improvement actions
5.HR Operations & Service Delivery
• Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries and manage HR documentation and recordkeeping.
• Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies to ensure regional alignment and compliance.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of issue resolution.
• Participate in global and local C&B/HR projects as required.
• Provide overall support for HR operations and perform additional HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Communication & Collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors.
2. HR Knowledge & Expertise
• Solid understanding of HR programs, policies, and procedures across domestic and international HR.
• Knowledge of expatriate administration.
• Strong understanding of Korean labor regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
• Ability to manage payroll, tax reporting, leave administration, and salary/bonus structures, including preparing salary review reports.
3. Analytical & Reporting Skills
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics, managing headcount data, and preparing cost and workforce reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
4. Systems & Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience working with HRIS and enterprise systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, or similar platforms.

• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
