Your role

This candidate for this position will  be responsible for Bolon brand through managing existing customer accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities and generating sales leads. This person also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement sales execution plan (Example: Plan journey route plan; visit customer according to plan schedule; ensure outlet meet brand’s productivity and outlet target within assigned territory and achieve monthly sales target)
  • Track sales performance by brand by customers in assigned territory.
  • Execute sales activities in assigned territory (Example: Order taking; brand productivity; in store merchandising)  
  • Manage trade term negotiations with customer under coverage territory
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Gather and monitor competitors’ activities and prepare a details report to management and Trade Marketing
  • Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales plan and customer satisfaction (Track and follow up payments from customers)
  • Work and support in internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2years experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry; market; competitors and customers
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge in assigned territory; strong selling and service skills
  • Demonstrate can do attitude; strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (MS Excel; MS Power Point)
