We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Plant in Sedico RX (BL)

As Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to join Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting and coating areas (ADVA). You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzes PCP deviations and manages actions to resolve PCP gaps and promotes, manages and coordinates activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant's KPIs: Quality, Efficiency and Costs.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

•        Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followed

•        Organize and structure problem solving

•        Analyze existing processes and actively drive for improvement

•        Collaborates on the launches of industrial projects and new products

•        Work in close coordination with central and local teams

• You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering 
• You have at least 3 years of experience in complex environments as Process engineer 
• You have strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection moulding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating processes
• You have strong Project Management skills
• You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
• You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills
• You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
