ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations Plant in Sedico(BL, Italy).

As Manufacturing Engineer you will support the designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

• Process Measurement Analysis:
  • Analyze overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, and flows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Process Parameters Management:
  • Manage and analyze chemical and physical parameters of production steps to understand product characteristics and behavior.
• Design of Experiments (DOE) and Testing:
  • Manage DOE and testing plans to optimize process parameters.
• Problem Solving and Implementation:
  • Identify and implement solutions for safety and quality improvement, cost reduction, and lead time reduction.
• Economic Management and Business Case Elaboration:
  • Handle economic assessments and develop business case studies.
• Process Standardization and Optimization:
  • Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.
