ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB
The Manufacturing Engineer Logistics and Flows is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the production and logistic process.
Duties include but are not limited on researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for lead time and productivity.
You can use your knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies.
You also develop relationships with the other Regions and Departments, participating in the benchmarks.
Here some responsibilities you will have:
• Analyze Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improve
• Review production flows, balancing and logistics in order to improve production performance and to match future requirements in terms of new product introduction and production plans fulfillment
• Analyze and design of logistic flows, layout, warehouse, kit and picking area. Analysis and improvement of container and carrier.
• Problem solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topic related to safety and quality improvement, cost and lead time reduction
• Managing of economics and elaboration of business cases
• Process standardization and optimization
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- You have a Degree in Engineering
- You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer
- You have strong relationship skills
- You are capable to work under pressure and timely delivering tasks
- You have good knowledge of Ms Office
- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies
