DESIGNATION :- SALES EXECUTIVE,EYEWEAR

 

 

Key Responsible Area:-

Sales:

Ensuring achievement of sales target and growth objective by Implementing business deliverables with the regional sales team Ensure Existing and New Market development, New Door addition and revival of existing doors.

Ownership of EW business development plan for retail & WS to cover markets.

 Relationship with independent and Zonal Key Accounts to ensure incremental sales.

Arranging Road shows and other trade marketing activities and in-store development activities in conjunction with marketing team

Support the credit control team to minimize over-dues to the normative limit.

New product development

Vendor scouting as and when required

Market intelligence

Business Deliverables:

  • Achieve 100% of target with meeting growth objective
  • Increase number of new customers and number of revival accounts
  • Achieve 100% of target for focus product line e.g combos and other sub categories
  • Create detailed plans for different markets
  • Maintain a balanced or variance within tolerable limit between forecasts and actual business
  • Develop and implement a strategy to increase sales in a given territory and given product line

 

 

Other Deliverables:

  • Implementation of Trade marketing initiatives, number of doors
  • Market Intelligence
  • Inter department Coordination

 

 

Reporting:- Category Head- Nova Eyewear ,Domestic Business  and Zonal Sales Manager

 

Qualification- Graduate with MBA preferable.

 

Industry- Same Sunglasses or Frame Industry preferred or Optical Industry.

 

Exp.:- 3-8 yrs experience in his current profile.
