Retail Training Executive - Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction and onboarding program to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company
• Design and facilitate engaging training programs covering customer service and sales excellence
• Develop and localize training materials and learning resources
• Conduct in-store training, coaching, and field visits to reinforce learning, enhance staff capabilities, and maintain operational standards
• Maintain training records and reports in in-house digital learning platform 

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience within the retail industry
• Good communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders while contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Immediately available is preferred
