Job Responsibility (3S or above)

• Familiar with AR product incoming material process, Ex. Camera module, Speaker module, Plastic, Metal, PCBA, Battery.
• Responsible for Supplier quality management, including supplier audit and deal with incoming material quality issue.
• Understand quality tools, including sampling size, FAI/CPK, GRR, DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP,8D.
• Have capability to guide supplier improve quality issue and performance.
• Training IQC team to inspect incoming material.
• Teamwork with each function team to deal with supplier quality issue.
• Responsible for material SIP updating, IQC equipment, fixture and gauge instruction updating

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years working experience or above  
• Proficient with some kinds of quality tools, such as AQL,FAI/CPK, GRR, DOE, SPC, FMEA, PPAP,8D report etc
• Effective communication skillfulness and cross functions
• Good oral and written English as working language
