SAP Analyst has a key role in analyzing the needs of users for Frame business organizations and use their knowledge to implement and configure SAP software systems to optimize and improve operations more on systematic control. The SAP analysts must be able to provide their expertise to determine how SAP software may align with the specific needs and objectives of Frame Operation Business and its departments. SAP Analyst is the key contact for users who are adjusting to using SAP modules in their daily work and must be able to provide solutions to users when they are facing SAP trouble.
My day at EssilorLuxottica
- Analyzing business requirements and determining SAP software program needs for Frame Operation Business.
- Collaborate with CI and users to gather data and requirements to improve operations into SAP systematic control.
- Key Contact for users in Frame Operations Organization and provide solutions to users.
- Collaborate with IT and SAP Central to design and implement SAP solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for SAP Training and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Work with teams for Data visualization and optimize daily reports more on digitalization.
- Creating strategies to optimize business processes using SAP.
- Designing, implementing, and configuring SAP software programs and existing systems used in organization.
- Assist in SAP project management and ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.
- Work followed Safety and 5S principles by the guideline of manufacturing, including the use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reduce the risk of injury and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Others assigned by superiors.
Must have
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in SAP planning or production module. Experience in SAP key user or SAP project migration/implementation is a plus.
- At least bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields.
- Good written and spoken communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software package (Excel, PPT and data analysis), know PowerBI is a plus.
- Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Attitude, Target Oriented Mindset and Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong coordination and communication.
