My day at EssilorLuxottica

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key user & Coordinator with IT team

•             Be a key user & coordinator with IT team to solve issues according from SAP & LMS system which lead orders stuck in production to prevent impact of manufacturing service.
•             Be a key user to implement new business flow related to SAP system ie. UAT.
•             Establish and update SOP according to system update.
•             Reporting the issue and service to solve the issue on daily, weekly and monthly basis with an action plan.
•             Analysis the data and raise the opportunities for improve the working flow with related team.

Must have

Required skill and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management or related field.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience on SAP & LMS system is preferable.

• Good knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).

• Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.).

• Remarkable on communication skill.

• Able to work under pressure and able to work flexible shift.

Preferred skill and qualifications:

• Experience with multi-national companies.

• Knowledge of MRP or ERP software ie. SAP, Oracle.
