Job Responsibility:  

• Bringing up and monitoring the Reliability lab.
• develop overall test plans per product technical specifications, and release test reports. Support failure analysis resulting from test items and advise the executive team on the best path forward.
• Prepare readiness review per project schedule, keep testing progress on track.
• Lead the test team, assign tasks and coach test technicians.
• Evaluate alignment between test equipment and requirements, propose upgrade plans and establish preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain complete test records, issue weekly/monthly reports and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Communicate efficiently with cross function team to verify test results and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, mechanical or related filed.
• More than 5 years of experience in system level reliability testing engineering/technical experience, consumable electronic products testing experience preferred.
• Logical thinking, able to independently execute complex tests and deliver clear technical documentation.
• Familiar with Failure analysis techniques (optical microscopy, X-Ray/CT, scanning electron microscopy), and the ability to use failure analysis methodology to drive a root cause of failure.
• Excellent interpersonal, cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skill.
• Able to handling multiple projects at once with a positive and proactive attitude.
• English can be used as working language.
