Job Responsibility: 

 

  • Manage and develop a Quality team to enable high quality product development and manufacturing.
  • Support team members on quality control processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality
  • Establish and monitor reliability test team, equipment bring up and maintenance, test plan and test method set up
  • Establish and monitor failure analysis team, make sure the production line and REL failure from EE, PD, Acoustic, RF, Camera be analysed and give correction action in time
  • ESD system and calibration system set up, monitor, maintenance
  • Handle Market & customer complaints/ feedback and lead the Corrective & Preventive Action
  • Lead quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above of Engineering majors (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • 10 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer electronics industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Good understanding of electronic assembly processes and testing methodologies
  • Familiar with ESD/Calibration/Reliability test
  • Working knowledge of statistics, and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies such as design of experiments, statistical process control, sampling strategies, FMEA, GR&R
  • Strong ability to work with regional and global team for results
  • Effective communication skilful :Written and verbal fluency in English
