Report to Rx Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer main missions are to maintain and improve of product quality to serve customer satisfaction. And to cooperate with operation team to investigation of nonconformance product to lead the key process to find an action / solution to prevent the issue reoccurrence. Maintain and improve recognition system of cosmetic training center by make sure the inspectors are come to re certify as plan. Develop quality methodology and maintain QMS to ensure that our manufacturing produced the product conforming to Essilorluxottica standards.
My day at EssilorLuxottica

To set up a clear sampling plan with clear instruction for inspectors to validate/inspect the product before ship to customer.

Work as closer with operation team to improve of product quality issue.

To establish and review the product quality management procedure and work instruction.

To ensure that the inspectors are work according to the instruction was given and written.

To monitor customer satisfaction and identify any improvement from the customer experience.

Reduce and analyze customer complaints for determining the action to prevent recurrence.

Determine quality improvement factors

To investigation and analyze of each customer complaint and feedback to operation team to come up with the appropriate action plan via KAIZEN , NCR or 8D report.

Fast initial feedback to customers.

Coordinate with production department and related sections in the resolution of quality problems and in analyzing these problems for continuous improvement.

Comply with law regulation and ISO management system related to company (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) ,manage the related audit or participate to them if appropriated.
Must have

Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Quality assurance, Quality control, Quality system.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in science/engineering or equivalent

Strong knowledge of Problem solving skill , 8D ,NRC report

Technical knowledge on : Statistical analysis method

Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers

Able to analyze the data and make conclusion of those data

Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Basic Knowledge of Quality System (ISO13485,ISO9001,ISO14971)

Flexible and being able to work under pressure
-
Good Interpersonal Skill with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken)
