工作职责/Job Description:

1. 根据项目进度负责及时准确的制定周/月度/季度生产计划，并同时负责储备人力和技能满足生产需求
   Responsible for production weekly, monthly, quarterly build plan, meantime coordinates human resources and skills in advance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
2. 领导每日生产运营，确保生产运营指标的达成
   Leading the daily production operation, ensure the production operation KPI achievement.                                                                     
3. 参与制定产线人力需求和产能计划，并定期总结汇报给运营项目经理.
   Work with cross function team to draw up the human resources and production capacity plan, regular summary status and report to Operations Project Manager.

4. 领导各项生产运营指标的预算，如效率，辅料成本，人力成本等
   Leading the forecast of production ops cost, for example Eff., consumables, cost of DLs.

5. NPI项目中作为生产部门的leader配合完成项目中和production相关的各项任务安排
   During NPI period, as a leader from production side to cooperate with PM team. 

6. 关注和关爱员工，不断激励下属挑战更高的绩效指标和职业规划，持续提升团队核心竞争力
   Care about the staff, encourage subordinates to take more responsibility, improve team core competitiveness.

7. 管理员工绩效，按时领导团队完成员工绩效评估, 并确保以公平公正公开的政策执行
    Manage employee's performance, ensure the performances are implemented with open door strategy.

8.协助部门经理制订明确可衡量的目标, 推动个人和团队不断改进业务指标
   Assist production manager to establish clear measurable goals and drive individuals and team to continuously improve the       KPIs.

9.持续推动工厂在安全，成本，品质，和交期方面的不断改善
  Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.

10.部门经理指示的其他职责                                                                                                                                                      Execute other duties from production manager.

岗位要求/Job Prerequisite:

1.本科及以上学历，具备英文读写能力，口语能满足工作优先
  Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English is preferred.

2.有专业消费、汽车电子类管理经验优先；
  Have experience on consumer electronics or automotive electronics is preferred.

3.具有5–10年大规模最终装配生产的生产经理经验。具备从NPI到量产经验者优先考虑。

  5–10 years of experience as a Production Manager in large-scale final assembly production.
  Experience in NPI to Mass Production is preferred.

4.熟悉生产计划、人力分配和产能管理。

  Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower allocation, and capacity management.

5.具备领导大型跨职能团队并管理大规模运营的能力。

  Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage operations at scale.

6.具备流程优化、成本控制和持续改善（精益生产 / 六西格玛）的经验。

  Experience in process optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma).

7.具备良好的沟通、问题解决和决策能力。

  Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

8.英语和中文流利者优先。

  Fluent in English
