Nice to know
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Planner main goal is to ensure top-class performances through the execution of procurement plans and daily activities that optimally meet customer requirements and manufacturing constraints. In your role and in coordination with MPS planners, you will be responsible to monitor and guarantee the expected levels of service of our suppliers (LT, MOQ, punctuality,…), to maintain a robust and responsive supply chain. The Procurement Planner will monitor material stock availability and suppliers’ performances, supporting the Procurement Manager in highlighting main risk areas that could jeopardize either the internal efficiency or the business goals (i.e. on time delivery). You are encouraged to act when KPIs don’t meet Essilor-Luxottica standards by partnering with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and MPS Manager to troubleshoot issues and to determine corrective / preventive measures.
