Responsibilities:

• Act as a quality assurance resource for data analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Apply quality tools (Sampling, FAI/CPK, GRR, SPC, DOE, Correlation and Quality Reporting).
• Use statistical principles and SPC to identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to manufacturing/R&D teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance product and process quality.
• Develop, implement, and document procedures for process control and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QE experience in consumer electronics.
• At least 2 years in battery, camera, audio, or antenna QE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Minitab.
• Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak)
