Job Responsibility (3S or 4J)

• Make Smart glasses quality control standard on cosmetic for NPI and MP
• Take NPI quality plan and readiness
• Basic PQE personnel management   
• Get the basic capability of establishing quality control process, such as IPQC audit process/abnormality reaction process
• Good at handling customer complaint from internal and external.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 4 year working experience or above  
• 2 years or above of experience on consumer electronics
• Proficient with some kinds of quality tools, such as SPC/PFMEA
• Effective communication skillfulness and cross functions
• Good oral and written English as working language
